'Toyo' was inspired by Japanese principles of form, order and proportion. A solid 35mm Spotted Gum top featuring a curved & chamfered 'lozenge' edge echoes contemporary Japanese designers such as Daisaku Choh & Watanabe Riki.

 

A central runner of premium, fullgrain Australian leather softens and elongates the aesthetic. The steel angle base is powdercoated matt black (other colours available on request) and is braced by a pair of tubular steel stringers. Internal flanges of the frame are clad in spotted gum with concealed magnetic fixings.
