Dot Dot Dash

Dimensions: 2800L x 1600W x 730H

Run:  Bespoke Commission

Materials:  Steel, Ironbark and Brass

Applications: Dining Table / Boardroom table

Dot-Dot-Dash table was a bespoke commission for celebrated Melbourne Chef, Shane Delia. The table was constructed from Ironbark salvaged during the multi-million dollar renovation at his award-winning Maha Restaurant. The Ironbark had previously clad the bar at Maha, and Shane was reluctant to part with this precious timber and commission us to create a dining table for his family home.

The brief was simple....it has to be big, really big, not too flashy, but with a bit of bling.

We opted for a simple form and steel leg structure, so as not to overpower, but added detail and interest through an inlaid, brass morse code message. From some angles the brass disappears into the timber but when large pendant lights above are turned on, then the inner bling is revealed!

* As with all Sawdust Bureau pieces, this design is made to order, therefore every aspect is fully customisable. Feel free to contact us to discuss your exact specification. *
